Description:

A sporty design from Fairline that still looks good today and is the most popular Fairline model ever built. Perfect starter boat for a family. She’s 24’ long including the bathing deck and is powered by a Volvo Penta 140hp inboard petrol engine which has been recently professionally overhauled with a brand new Volvo cylinder head at cost of £3,000 (all invoices available), so runs like a dream. There is a Boat Safety Certificate valid until 23rd May 2025. The Fairline Holiday is primarily a river cruiser, but is also very capable in sheltered coastal waters. Fairline Holidays are popular UK built vessels, manufactured between 1970s to mid 1980s. It is testament to how incredibly well built they are, that there are still so many on the rivers! A great layout of 4 internal (adult sized) berths (one double, two singles), plus additional deep, comfortable cockpit seating bench which can be used as an extra berth in warmer months, with the hood up. The internal double berth cleverly converts to a dining table with wrap-around seating during the day. Well-equipped galley kitchen (gas hob, grill, sink and cupboards). Separate toilet room with sink and virtually new chemical (PortaPotti Qube) toilet inc. spare cartridge. Shore power points. Currently moored in a tranquil, sought-after boatyard on the River Stour near Grove Ferry on a mooring that can potentially be transferred (these are like gold dust!). If you are in Herne Bay/Canterbury/Sandwich area this is a lovely mooring, and allows you to cruise right down to Sandwich (pubs with moorings en route!).
