‘Lyra’ is a well proven live-aboard boat. From the bow you enter the good size saloon which has a light and airy feel due to the painted sides.There is a sofa bed. A drop leaf table provides space for dining. The galley is fairly recently fitted and includes a gas cooker, oven and fridge freezer. The bathroom is off corridor and has a 4′ bath with shower over, sink in vanity unit and sea toilet. The bedroom is at the stern. The price reflects the condition of some of internal fitment that needs finishing. She was purchased as a project in 2016 and has been on the hardstanding at Sandwich Marina ever since. In 2018 her hull was ground back to bare steel and had 5 coats of primer and 3 coats of blacking.
